Your access and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be
bound by these Terms, which establishes a contractual relationship
between you and Grabutils. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not
access or use the Services. These Terms expressly supersede prior
written agreements with you.
Grabutils may restrict you from accessing or using the Services, or any
part of them, immediately, without notice, in circumstances where
Grabutils reasonably suspects that:
Grabutils reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify,
or otherwise amend the Terms, and any other documents incorporated by
reference herein for complying with legal and regulatory framework and
for other legitimate business purposes, at any time, and Grabutils will
post the amended Terms at the domain of home.grabutils.co.in/terms. It is your
responsibility to review the Terms of Use for any changes and you
are encouraged to check the Terms of Use frequently.
“Grabutils Platform” following the date that amendments to the
Terms of Use take effect will signify your assent to and acceptance of
any revised Terms of Use. If you do not agree to abide by these or any
future Terms of Use, please do not use or access the Grabutils
Platform.
Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
* Service is not used :If the service is not used, Grabutils will refund the Amount based on the access logs
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
* Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your Ironed items by calling our customer service at +919100585765 or emailing us at info@grabutils.co.in
* Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (in the case of damage or poor quality).
* Review Process: Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
* Approval: Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
* Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
* Communication: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Refunds are not provided for the following:
* Unauthorized Claims: Claims made after the 48-hour notification period may not be eligible for a refund.
Standard delivery of software with a minimum of 24 to 48 hours and a maxium of 5 days.
